With Google Fonts now available in the flow, typography becomes part of that early design decision.

You can preview how different fonts work with the selected layout and immediately see how the tone of the design changes. A small change in typography can noticeably shift how the same design appears.

AI Site Planner helps you structure your website before generation. With the addition of Google Fonts, you can now define the typographic style of the site during the planning stage.

This allows you to shape the visual direction of the website along with its structure, ensuring the generated site reflects the tone you want from the beginning.

2. Switch to Import from URL.
3. Enter the business name.
4. Paste the website URL you want to reference.

ZipWP will then analyze the site and generate a new website plan.

It fetches the website’s content and uses it to understand what the site is about, allowing AI Site Planner to generate a new website with a similar structure, page hierarchy, and number of pages.

This helps you quickly recreate proven site layouts or use existing websites as a starting point for new projects.

By enabling the Finish Setup Guide, you empower your users to complete their website with confidence, access helpful tutorials, and reduce the back-and-forth with your team.

It’s a small addition that creates a big impact on user experience.

We’re introducing a highly requested upgrade to ZipWP Hosting—you can now add and verify your existing domains in advance.

Before:

Domain connection was always the final step. You’d finish your design, update DNS, and then wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours for propagation.

Now:

Add and verify your domain days or even weeks earlier. When your design is ready, simply click Go Live and your already-verified domain connects instantly.

Result?

Your site goes live immediately—no DNS delays, no waiting.

We’ve refined how we name sites in ZipWP to make things simpler and more meaningful.

What’s Changed

The term “Staging Site” (previously used for temporary or experimental sites) has now been replaced with “Sandbox Site.” This update makes it clearer how each type of site fits into your workflow. Here’s how it works:

Ideal for building and experimenting freely with no live site attached. Think of them as your creative playground — build, test, and explore safely before going live.

These staging sites are linked to your Live Sites. These are used for testing updates or new changes before deploying them to your live production site.

Why We Made This Change

Both experimental and live-linked environments were previously labeled as “Staging Sites,” which caused confusion. By introducing Sandbox Sites, we’ve made the distinction clearer — you now have one space for exploration and experimentation, and another for safe deployment and testing linked to live sites.

What this means for you:

Nothing changes in how you use ZipWP. Your sandbox site will still work exactly the same way. You’ll just see the new name across the platform for a more accurate and friendly experience.
